i reserve the right to ban or give a strike to anybody who doesn't follow the rules.

when i say that, you can post the
battle form, and if you are the first
person, i will have your bell kitties
battle the chosen person, or the
randomized bell kitty! you will earn
one ticket [possibly two], and a piece
of art [the two kitties battling] remember,
none of the fighting is 'mean' fighting,
it's all for fun!
putting tickets into the raffle
fill out the form! remember, only use
tickets that you have. these people are
the ones who have tickets
