Helloooo~ So this is my first Toxic runner as a Guest Artist ^^
I went with a really simple design since it's my first one.
They have a rusty chain that is stuck around their neck. And I want to know how they got it stuck around their neck.
And a picture of. Just something rusty.

where did he/she get their chain?;; Sammy was very well known among the locals as a theif. She was affectionately dubbed "Sammy", was relentless when trying to steal something and she always knew the best ways to get it. Unlike normal Toxic Runners, she wasn't a big fan of people and often shied away from them if they got close. This is what drove her to her current state. Eventually, the towns people got fed up with her theiving ways and decided to try and catch her. They set up a trap near one of her favorite objects to steal- Sunglasses. The trap used chains to catch and lasso her and then used ropes to trap her. They set it up at night, were she hunted best.
When they came back, they saw they had captured her. When they got close, her instincts kicked in and she struggled out of the trap, breaking it and severing the chain from the entire thing. The chain was stuck on her neck, and she can't get it off, so she has learned to live with it.

Where did he/she get their chain?: She was once tortured by her last owner. He would tie her up outside and leave her there. One day, he never came back. Someone came to rescue her but couldn't get the chain off of her neck. It's been there ever since.
