Why should you be it's owner? : Well, I guess because I would never want to adandon her, and I'm pretty sure I could take good care of her. I'd find her a little spot in my character page, which is currently going under construction, and I'd color in some lineart of her, as well as maybe draw one. I'd give it a try.
