How they use this element;; Oceanus travels around the world, always staying close to the coast or nearest water source. Whenever he sees an area in a period of drought or needs water for other reasons, he draws out the closest freshwater and gives it to those who need it. He also protects all water life, and will do anything to help his watery friends.

Mizu, short for Mizu 'Water Boy" Finn, uses his element by sitting out by the sand of any ocean, and making sure it is peaceful and steady. If there is a bad storm far out in the distance of the oceans, he lifts his paw and lowers the waves so fisherman and boaters are safe. Sometimes, he would go for a swim if the day is just right-- sun shining, birds flying, and the waves steady, crashing onto the soft sand.

He isnt a psychic he has the power tp move stuff. He is a trickster and loves to play tricks on others with his powers.
His bracelets hold all his powers in them. They release what power is needed. If he gets ahold of all that power he may get way out lf control. So this is why he has the braclets tp keep it contained.
