Story of it it likes its mushrooms (at least 5 sentences)
Once upon a time, on a distant mushroom shores biome, there was a piggle named Rory. Rory thought he ws a mooshroom, but he wondered why he didn't look like the others. He was a solid gray ((I know he isn't, just bear with me)), while the other mooshrooms were red and white, just like the mushrooms on their backs. Rory was jealous,he wanted to look like that, too! So he went to the old brown mushroom, and asked the elder mooshroom how he could get his spots. "You must travel to the far lands and eat the holy red mushroom," he told Rory. "This enderman will teleport you to the nearest plains biome, where you will begin your journey."
Rory was confused--what enderman? He hears a sound behind him, then suddenly, his home was swirling away from him. After just a few ticks and a little bit of time waiting for chunks to load, Rory finds himself in the plains biome the elder mooshroom told him of. He turned around to thank the enderman, but he was already gone. Only then did Rory realize he had no idea how to get to the far lands. "Oh dear," he said to himself. "I guess I'll have to ask for directions."
After a small amount of time, then sun started going down. Rory didn't realize the significance of this, since no hostile mobs spawn back home on the mushroom island. As he wanders around aimlessly, a zombie spawns in front of him. "Hello! Could you tell me how to get to the far lands?"
The zombie groans and starts chasing him. "This way!" Someone shouts.
Rory heads for the voice, but he doesn't see anyone. "Trust me on this, you gotta run into the forest!"
Rory keeps running until he reaches the tree line. He hears pistons trigger behind him, then doesn't hear the zombie after that. "It's safe now. That trap is a pit that goes all the way to bedrock. There's no way he's getting out of it!"
Rory turns around to look at his savior. It was a Steve clad in all diamond. But Rory had thought that the Steves were a myth! "It isn't safe at night. Follow me!" the Steve says.
Rory follows the Steve into the forest. They walk until Steve hears a sound. Out of the blue, an arrow appears, soaring right for the diamond-clad warrior. It hits Steve, but bounces off his armor and instead hits a random tree. "Run!" he shouts, not waiting for Rory's response. Rory chases Steve, but quickly loses sight of him. He hears a strangled scream and an endermen just inside the shadows. He ducks behind a tree, trying to hide. "Are you lossssst?" a voice hisses from behind him.
He whips around to see a creeper sneak in and out of the shadows. "Don't be ssssscared, little pig. I'm not here to hurt you," she says. "I jussssst want to help."
"Alright...Can you help me get to the far lands?"
The creeper gasps. "You want to go out there? Why though? It'sssss dangerousssss. The lag is horrendoussss."
"I have to eat the holy mushroom, to become a proper mooshroom!" Rory reports.
"Very well...I can help you. Let'sssss sssspeak with Notch. Maybe he can sssssend you there. But, I musssst warn you, Notch livessss in the Nether. It'ssss hardly sssafe down there, you could get hurt. Do you sssstill want to go?"
"Yes. Take me."
The creeper leads the little piggle down various caves, through a maze of mineshafts, and finally, to the abandoned base of a Steve long quit. "I believe there'ssss a nether portal around here ssssomewhere...ah, found it. Come, little pig. I will take you to ssssee Notch."
Rory follows the creeper into the swirling purple particles that made up the portal. He was scared--he had heard from the older mooshrooms that the Nether was a scary place, but that it was also full of mushrooms. They're met with extreme heat on the other side of the portal. "What is this place?" Rory asks.
"It'ssss the Nether. Thisss is the path that leadssss to Notch'ssss basssse. Come."
They head down a small cobblestone road. It winds around nether fortresses, lava pools, and lots of ghasts and other netherly creatures. After making a sharp turn, they are abruptly confronted with the noble courtyard of Notch's base. "C'mon kid, he'ssss bound to be insssside. I'm sssssure he'll help you if you assssk nicely," the creeper tells him. "I'm not allowed in there though. I've blown it up one to many timessss. You mussst go alone."
So he hesitantly walks down the path and into the grand quartz mansion. "Notch?" he calls out.
He hears a voice from upstairs, so he climbs the steps. He nearly steps on a ocelot half way up. "Aye, watch where you walk! Hey...You're looking pretty dull. I bet that's why you're here, right? You want color from Notch. Nobody here wants to be all gray, that's completely boring. C'mon, I'll take you."
The ocelot gets up and stretches before climbing the remaining steps and pouncing off into some smaller hallway. "Are you coming or not?"
Rory follows the cat down the hallway and into a dimly lit room. "He wants to see you," the ocelot tells a shadowy figure.
The figure stands, revealing his face. "I am Notch. And you must be Rory. I meant to make you a mooshroom, but somehow I gave you a pig model and failed to give you color. Here, little one. Eat this. It will make you a proper mooshroom," Notch says, handing Rory a red mushroom.
It was glowing and somewhat purple colored, obviously enchanted. Rory was impressed. He ate the mushroom, and it was DELICIOUS. But he felt no difference. "Hmm..." Notch says. "You're still a pig, but you certainly look much more like a mooshroom."
"What about the Far Lands?" Rory asks.
"What?"
"The mooshroom elder told me I had to go to the far lands to look like a mooshroom, but I don't think this is the far lands."
Notch laughs, and pats Rory on the head. "I made this game, little mushroom pig. I can still send you to the far lands, if you would like. Although now I think you would rather go home. Am I right?"
Rory nodded, and just like that, he was back on his mushroom island. He raced for the shore, and looked into the water. Sure enough, he was all red and white, and he even had little mushrooms growing on his head! He raced around the island, telling every mooshroom about the good news. He lived happily ever after after that, eating mushrooms that grew on the island until the ends of time (because apparently red mushrooms taste awesome).
Huge wip on the story. I'm having fun with it c; oh my god I finished it. Sorry for writing a short novel there... ^^;
(also I'm really sorry if the creeper talk is annoying to read xD)
It's funny because for the longest time, my minecraft skin was a mooshroom.
