My adoptables are not first-come, first-serve, for sale or for auction; a winner will be chosen randomly, using http://www.random.org/, at the end of the day or when I think enough people have applied. If you add a story or art to your form, I will add an extra number, before I choose the winner, that, if it comes up, will also mean you've won the pet. (For example; there are 20 forms. Form #15 had a drawing, too. So I add one more number, 21, to the number generator. If 21 or 15 come up, that form wins the pet.) To enter, just fill out this form, and check back later to see if you've won:

Gender: Type what the puppy's gender would be if you are chosen.
