It was dark and dreary, the strange world dusty and broken. I knew it was supposed to be
beautiful but war has ruined it, ruined them… They looked up at me and the titan by my side fear
shadowing their awe and hate popping up every now and then… It was horrible and even though I
enjoyed the heat of battle I hated what came after it. These humans looked broken and tired,
some where screaming while others sobbed softly against the bodies of their lost loved ones, I
wanted to do something, I needed to do something but i had a job.
The monster sat whimpering in a cave below a mountain surrounded by fire, it filled the sky with
smoke and scorched the earth to nothing. The monster also looked broken, her slitted eyes filled
with a hurt i couldn't comprehend. She might have caused the death of hundreds but they started
this fight. I slowly walked up to her bowing down low until a grunt of approval rang in my head.
"We need to get you out of here, theres an island a few leagues north that would be the perfect
home" I said softly. She didn't feel the same way and snarled at me, the sound of her voice ringing
through my head once more. "Why should i let them live" she asked ice filling my thoughts as her
voice echoed within me "They took everything" she finished with a soft sniffle...
