This is his special coat which he wears on missions... it is bulletproof~ You know some serious stuff is going down if you see him in it. He never wears it when he's just walking around though. He also wears a mask when on missions to conceal his identity. It would be pretty bad if everyone knew a killer was walking around, eh? Here's the full view of what the mask looks like since you can't exactly tell from a side view (I am reversing it though so you can see the purple lightning bolt on this side lol).
