He's called many things. The Black Reaper. Codename: Hei. The Masked Wolf. More. He wears names as they suit him and discards them just as fast. Even he's not sure what his real name is anymore. He is an assassin, a hired thief, only staying in one place long enough to finish his job before moving on to the next. He cares not who he kills or steals from, so long as he gets paid in the end. Or at least that's what he'd like people to believe. He can be a real softy when it comes to kids and innocent bystanders, but he tries to make sure everyone thinks he's a jerk regardless. He has an image to uphold.

My new custom! Bet you can't guess what he's based on ;P His accessories are in the works~ His paint is normally just black, but he has the ability to 'activate' it and charge it with electricity, from as weak as a static spark to thousands of volts. When it's activated it glows, similar to a blacklight. He has hair, obviously. The darker markings aren't actually markings, they're scars where the fur grew back darker, and his ears are a bit torn up.
