Sims 3

Sims are idiots and it is hilarious. Enough said, but I have a mini story about a guy I know whos brother was playing it (as well as some about my cousin but I'll explain those over JM XD) The guy hadn't saved in like three hours, so you know something bad is going to happen... His sim goes to make something on the stove... The sim catches the food on fire... The food catches the stove on fire... the stove cathes the sim on fire... the sim catches the house on fire, AND... everyone dies XD
Harvest Moon

Extreamly relaxing compaired to most of the other games I play XD But the time either goes too slow or too fast...
Kingdom Hearts

The concept behind the mashing of worlds is very simular to that of Jupiter, and I find it overall fun... (I actually got into this game before final fantasy and learned about final fantasy orgionally through these games.)

I've beat it several times, and I absolutely love the game. It is the only game I have found that you actually play as a wolf the entire time.
Cabela's Dangerous Hunts

Theres actually a huge joke around this game, me , cn, and ScarletFang... Me and cn were playing and was hunting in Utah... We were texting ScarletFang at the same time and she actually thought we were in Utah hunting XD she believed it for over a year! But my dad ruined it... -we love you ScarletFang <3 -
I know I'm leaving out some (Like Pokemon and The Last Story and ATV Offroad fury #4 where all we do is play chicken with the train) XD but I think I made a long enough list

Ok, picture a 10-11 year old girl obsessed with her Playstation 2 console as while back. It was her birthday and her aunt sent her a video game, just like the girl had asked for. She saved the game until last, as she always saved the best things 'til last. Unwrapping it, she found it was not the game she was looking for, rather a different one. She was expecting one of the Harry Potter games, but instead the cover read 'Kingdom Hearts' and had pictures of Disney characters alongside anime characters. A little bit ticked off, she was about to cast it aside when her younger sister told her to at least give it a shot. Reluctantly, knowing her sister was right, she fired up her Playstation and stuck the game in.

And four hours later? Why, she couldn't put the flippin' game down!

Sorry, included a bit of backstory there! ^^; But yes, if I had to chose one favourite game/gaming franchise, it would be that of Kingdom Hearts. So far the only games I've played myself are Kingdom Hearts, Kingdom Hearts II and Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days. These games could keep me occupied for hours on end, with the chance to delve into multiple Disney worlds as Sora, a plucky young boy, with Donald Duck and Goofy as his trusty companions in Kingdom Hearts and Kingdom Hearts II, but as Roxas (Sora's 'Nobody') in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 Days (as well as all of the other Organisation 13 members on Mission Mode).

Each game has its own unique storyline, with twist and turns that had me on the edge of my seat (or bedroom floor more often than not). The characters were so real at times, despite being in the anime style, and I'd often end up crying with joy alongside Sora when he was reunited with Kairi at the end of Kingdom Hearts, or crying with Roxas as Xion faded out of existence and his memory in Kingdom Hearts 358/2 days.

Outside of the gameplay I follow what games I cannot play (since I have no other consoles aside from my Playstation 2 and a badly battered Nintendo DS Lite) on YouTube when the walkthroughs end up being released. So far I've managed to catch up with Kingdom Hearts: Chain of Memories and Kingdom Hearts: Birth By Sleep, but need to set some time aside to follow Kingdom Hearts: Dream Drop Distance a little better. I'm also uber-excited about Kingdom Hearts III coming to gameplay soon, as although I won't be able to play it I still want to see how the Xehanort Saga is gonna be wrapped up.

Side note: I LOVE YOKO SHIMOMURA!!! His music is just... GAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH! My sister and I even pestered our mum and got the CD for Kingdom Hearts II. His blend of the original music for some of the Disney worlds with his own stuff is fantastic and captures the nature of each one perfectly. Even typing this up, I'm listening to 'Fate of the Unknown', the piece of music played in this cutscene at 1:30 (including a fight between Ventus, Aqua and Terra vs. Xehanort and Vanitas): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=E4q3QiUZ8sA

What game inspired this mare?

This mare is based on Epona, an equine character from the The Legend of Zelda series. Her first appearance was in Orcarina of Time, where Link first comes across her as a foal at Lon Lon Ranch. Though she runs from him at first, once he is taught 'Epona's Song' by Malon and plays it, Epona takes a 'liking' to him. She doesn't fall under Link's ownership, however, until seven years later, where he wins her in two successive races against Ingo.

What's your favorite video game, and why?
I love all the Legend of Zelda variations but my two personal favorites have always been Ocarina of Time and Twilight Princess.
These games are my favorites because when I was a smaller kid I used to wait after school for hours until my step dad would come home just so we could play together. I was so excited the day that I was finally old enough to be able to make my own file, and I wanted my character name to be cool and impressive (my dad already had Link as his saved name) so I named my character Death. Looking back now I realize why my dad thought that was so funny. Here I was, a tiny little girl who wore pigtails 24/7 and dreamed about ponies, running around and killing scary monsters under the name of Death. My favorite parts of the game was learning archery on horseback and running across the Hyrule fields or practicing my jumping at the LonLon Ranch. Im sure you could imagine my excitement when Twilight Princess came out! I remember reading the game description in the game shop and I immediately ran to my dad "You get to be a wolf AND ride a horse! This game was MADE for me!". But anyways this is getting a little long. I just adore these games for everything that is in them and all the good memories I have surrounding them.

There are about 3, but if I had to choose, I'm going with Battlefield 3. It follows the story of a Marine soldier as he tells his story of why he shot his commanding officer. -Spoiler- He does it to prevent the destruction of New York.

It's my favorite because 1) It was one of the first 3 games that I played online, so it holds a place in my gamer record books as being a classic, it doesn't get old and I'm always able to find more funny stuff to do with the vechicles the game gives you in multiplayer (I.E. Driving a tank into a elevator) and 2) I'm secretly a 3 year old and the ability to blow up the buildings that occupy the places where you play bring that out. "Oh what there's a wall there?" -Boom- "Not anymore." It kinda set my standards for games to high though cause now I expect that I can make a door for myself in just about every game now. XD

What's your favorite video game, and why? Since a couple of years ago, I've been playing less and less video games. But, no joke, my favorite video game would be, actually, Legend of Zelda. That, or Pokemon.

Legend Of Zelda: Twilight Princess
This game is amazing. It is not the newest, latest, but the graphics are still pretty great and it has a wonderful storyline. I won't give too many spoilers away, but it involves Link, a wolf, a horse, and much more. I have always enjoyed it, especially the times you get to ride Epona.
