What is a Snakehead Dragon?
A Snakehead Dragon is a friendly dragon who has a snake's head as a tail. The snake can talk and have a mind of its own. The SHD has either long or short, curly or straight fur, depending on the artist's desire. They are very kind, and love to be the center of attention--or the centers, if you include the snake!

Seasalt is his name. All of those little sparkly looking kind of markings remind me simply of that; salt. I couldn't think of a better name for this darling! Seasalt likes to call his tail Bitey because of the way it nibbles on his fur.
Gender:
Male, definitely. I can't really see him in any other way shape or form due to all those dark colors.
Personality:
Seasalt is very quiet. If he was to ever go to a party, he would probably just hang out by the food, keeping to himself, maybe with one friend or two. He's not very expressive and tends to just go with the flow, never really arguing with anybody's word.
Seasalt also doesn't like crowds. He is rather claustrophobic and can tend to freak out when in a tight space, such as being around other animals. When a problem like this is on the rise, Seasalt will usually just try to worm his way out of the area without being noticed.
Though he is quiet and wouldn't go out personally to meet anyone new, Seasalt is very friendly. Even though he won't necessarily be too eager to get friends, he won't turn down someone's asking, and does like to have a select little group of comrades to talk to when needed.
Seasalt is also caring. He stands for the justice of others, much like a little super-hero. He would never be able to stand around and watch others get hurt, so he often is found interrupting bullies' doings and such in his own little ways. He tends to like to go unnoticed, but he wouldn't let anyone get hurt just because it was in public.
Seasalt is very shy. He doesn't like confrontation and tends to avoid others whenever possible. He tends to stay by himself or with one or rarely two friends, away from the big crowds. He dislikes groups of any kind and will do anything in his power to avoid them if possible.
Seasalt is also easily-frightened, making him a terrible friend for watching scary movies. He jumps at nearly every sudden noise and has quite a few fears, some rather uncommon. He will always refuse to go to any sort of horror-genre movie or anything he may find frightening.
Seasalt is somewhat cowardly, mainly due to his fearfulness. He will back away from a lot of different things, even if others try to convince him not to. He tends to like to hide in small, crammed spaces away from things, despite his fear of tiny places. He feels that the larger or terrifying things will also be scared as well and leave him alone.
Seasalt is rather clumsy. One should never trust him with anything valuable to hold, as he trips and drops things more often than not. Because of this, he tends to keep all items he owns in a sort of satchel that he wears around the base of his neck so he won't drop anything.

sometimes Yoru liked to look up at the stars at night and wonder who and what was up there. but now, over the years, his curiosity dulled yet the sky just as beautiful as ever, he's grown used to his lack of knowledge of the universe. now, instead of questioning the lives that may be on different planets, Yoru has started gazing upon the lives of his own. the blinking lights and constant hum of the city has grabbed his attention and reeled him in. he is fascinated with the fact that, as some people might put it, "the city never sleeps".

5:30. the sky was painted with a gentle purple-pink near the horizon, fading out to a light blue as it traveled further over the big city. a dragon padded down the desolate street, the chirping of early birds and the honking of light traffic carried to his ears like steady music that never ended. his pelt was dusted with the colors of the new sky, dark purples edged with a lighter milky tone to give off the effect of coming fog. his eyes resembled the ocean on a bright day. no tiredness gloomed in his cerulean hues despite the time. this dragon got up early each morning to stroll around the city, listening to the waking people as they slowly bled into their every day routine of hustling and bustling to work. for what reason? there was none. Yoru didn't meet with anybody, nor did he have a routine. he'd take a different route each sunrise and just walk, walking away all the worries of being 'grown up'. some days he'd fetch some coffee and sit in a café, watching others walk by the glass window with umbrellas, dodging the rain with unhappy expressions, or on a nice day hurrying about towards work or school. it was, in all honesty, very nice. and Yoru loved every moment of it. Delving deeper into this dragon's life, he is constantly with his snake tail. this snake is surprisingly silent, and doesn't make much noise and is content with striding around the city in the mornings. despite not saying it often, Yoru enjoys his snake's company. this snake doesn't have a name, and is simply referred to as 'It'. Yoru himself is a very quiet little dragon. yes, little, he seems to be shorter and smaller than any other teenager of his species. he keeps to himself and doesn't complain, and is often found helping others silently and without praise. his walks and stargazing has given him an odd peacefulness, making him believe that life is a precious thing, and you should do all you can to make everyone else's life easier and meaningful. even though he seems to be calm and collected, Yoru can be quite grumpy when his mornings are interrupted, and will be slightly bitter towards those who decide to speak to him while in this mood. his sharp tongue will often fend others off if they are asking of too much. a price of Yoru's quietness is that he has few enemies, and the little that do bug him will be rewarded with a stinging nip from his snake. wrapping up the story of this Snakehead Dragon, he is a noiseless, sightseeing creature that is constantly under the charmed spell of the city.
