For Artists and all staff customs and other customs that may be won/given out ^^

There are a few rules here...

• Axis may be PPS -it will not be able to breed.
• Axis may be genderless but lets try to keep that rare.
• Don't power up your Axis... some powers are aloud but be reasonable.
• Once you are done it must be approved by me (PurpleKakashi) just in case.
• GA will not get a custom.
• Artists must be on for two months to get their first custom.
• Customs do count toward your own-able limit.
