For Artists and all staff customs and other customs that may be won/given out ^^
There are a few rules here...
- Axis may be PPS -it will not be able to breed.
- Axis may be genderless but lets try to keep that rare.
- Don't power up your Axis... some powers are aloud but be reasonable.
- Once you are done it must be approved by me (PurpleKakashi) just in case.
- GA will not get a custom.
- Artists must be on for two months to get their first custom.
- Customs do count toward your own-able limit.
