Name a type of Irish Fae: Formorians! I truly found this one extremely interesting out of all I saw!

Formorians: Also called The Formors. Their element is water, and are found at sea shores at nighttime. They are considered sea monsters, and are the survivors of a banished faery race, driven out of Ireland by the "Tuatha De Danann" [an Irish race of gods]. They have misshapen, bizarre bodies. They do happen to have arms and legs and are occasionally seen on land. This type of fae is ill-tempered and quite stupid.

The Burren, found in County Clare, is filled of 116 square miles of limestone slabs that interlock naturally. In addition to the limestones, Burren has a system of underground streams; they rise to the surface when rains in Ireland.

On Beltane they revel, and - the door being open from fairyland to the mortal world that night - they often steal away beautiful mortals as their brides. On Samhain they dance with the ghosts. They live under the fairy hills, offerings of milk are set out for them, and in all ways they partake of the fairy nature. Some say that they are the fallen angels who were too good for hell and some say that they are the remnants of the heroic Daanan race.
