The Rainy Sherpherd - a breed known for it's protective and nurturing attitude. These large, furry canines live on a minor planet named Spica, after an ear of wheat. The planet holds a terrain that is very much similar to what is found in scotland. Temperate highlands with rocky cliffs into the sea and lush green fields that slowly ascend into mountainous terrain. It rains frequently on Spica; the shepherd really enjoys this weather, thus their name.

Rainy Day shepherd's Name: Orion
Gender: Male
Worst Fear: This boy's worst fear is Hematophobia, or the fear of blood. He just can't stand the sight of it! A single drop of blood will send Orion into a petrified state, he won't be able to move. Orion will often stay in this terrified state for a few hours. When approached by others in this state, Orion will simply curl up into a ball and become unresponsive to the outside world.

Orion thinks that he developed this fear when he was exposed to blood and gore as a younger pup, and someone close to him (who he refuses to name) was killed in a rather violent accident. Poor Orion had to watch over his friend for hours, until he was found and taken care of. Orion spent hours staring at the mangled, bloody body of his friend. It really does make sense.

Orion is therefore also scared of the color red, but that comes second to blood.

His worst fear is actually the sun, he really does not like the light. He can stand the light but he is scared of what he calls a 'Glowing Light Orb' he loves the moon and fears the sun because it takes place of his favorite thing in the world that comforts him, the moon.

Lepidopterophobia - Butterflies, she has many reasons to be afraid of them.
First of all, their bright colours hurt her eyes. She has very sensitive eyes
and the butterflies wings always hurt them. Also, she hates the look
of the butterflies who appear to have eyes on their wings. She gets
scared by how they always seem to be watching her. Finally, when she
was little, a butterflies fluorescent wings hypnotized her. She fainted and
while she was knocked out the had a terrible nightmare about an evil
butterfly trying to get her. She's been scared of them every since.
She also hates them because they hate to come out in the rain, who could
ever hate the rain?!

1. Release eye contact. Never look at a butterfly.
2. Turn around.
3. Lay on ground with face in the dirt.
4. Check for butterfly, if still there, repeat steps.

Rainy Day shepherd's Name: Thomas. Mostly inspired from David Bowie's song, Space Oddity, where the character is named Major Tom. (wow why am I even) I imagine this guy to be interested in what lies beyond, and likes to stay up late at night when he has a chance just to gaze into the outer reaches of space.
