Sorry, guys, this one's mine. ^^ Her name is Sheliah (no reason for the name, just popped into my head and I thought it would suit her) and she's my first custom. Her special necklace gives her markings a glow when it's dark and allows her to concentrate on certain problems or situations and sharpen her skills.
