Simas are cat/wolf creatures basically. Their paws resemble a wolves while their body structure could resemble a cat. Simas are also known as 'Sword Mammels'. This name comes from their tail. The tail is the most important part of a Sima's body. They resemble a sword most of all. They are thick and fluffy at the base and when the go down the tail, it gets thinner then widens into two tail guards like the guards on a sword. The jewel acts like the blade.
The jewel of a Sima comes in various shapes, sizes and colors, in which they make a Sima unique. Their eyes are always the same color as he jewels unless they have a special condition. Simas have a furry body, their mane around the neck the most furry of all. Even their ears are fuzzy. Baby Simas are more so however, with furry lips, poofier manes and slightly larger ears than what their heads would allow.
Simas are omnivores, meaning they could eat anything from fruit to the meat of a rabbit and even to things like candy or cake. Their teeth are sharp in the front with molars in the back to chew with. All Simas live or come from tropical places. Most are house Simas though and are transferred to other locations where they live with humans. In the wild they are usually in packs of ten. They are social creatures so that's good. Some Simas mate for life, while others like temporary mates.
The jewels of Simas glow at the night, illuminating the darkness when they want. Some jewel colors however cause darkness while others cause more interesting powers.
A Sima has two types of horns that are found in the wild. They are uncommon though to find a lot with them. There are long ones and short ones. Babies don't know which they got until they grow up.

Well... this didn't end up as planned... But I still kind of like it.
And yes, it has a branch or whatever you would like to call it growing out of it's left eye... And also the leaves and grass on the head is like hair, somewhat...

Sima name: Laverne Laverne is the feminine form of the name Vernon, it means "The Alder Tree".

Sima gender: Female At first I saw this Sima as male, but the longer I looked at her, the more female she looked to me. c:

Companion/pet appearance: Laverne's companion is a Chunam Tree Frog, also known as the Common Indian Tree Frog. He is sandy brown with white and dark brown spots around his stomach. His back legs are dark purple with bright yellow spots.

Companion/pet Personality: Laverne's tree frog companion, or as she has dubbed him Chatura(a Sanskrit name meaning "Four"), is very shy, even for a tree frog. When around any other Simas, humans, tree frogs, or any other creature, he hides himself in Laverne's leaf hair and refuses to come out. At other times, when the two are alone, Chatura acts as Laverne's seeing eye frog for her left side, since she is blind in her left eye. He likes to perch on the branch and sun himself while watching out for Laverne, and telling her how to avoid any obstacles by chirping four times. He is genuinely caring for Laverne, which is somewhat surprising seeing as they share a symbiotic relationship.

His pet is a pygmy amazon forest cat. Her name is Everisy. She loves helping Asen.

How they met::
One day, as Asen was going through his pile of herbs, he heard a weak mew.He found a weak kitten lying, hurt on the ground. The small kitten was shivering. Asen picked the kitten up and sat the cat down in a small pile of leaves. He warped his tail around her to keep her warm. She softly opened her eyes and mewed. Asen smiled and nosed the kit softly. A few days later the kit was up and walking, she wouldn't Asen be alone. He gave her tasks to do, such as cleaning the den and washing the small plate he used for cutting berries, herbs, and fruit. He finally asked the kit what her name was.The small kit mewed"E-Everisy.." She looked up at Asen and leaped onto his head. She has been with him ever since, they are always together.

FENRISÚLFR: In mythology, this is the name of a wolf, the son of Loki and the giantess Angrboða, popularly translated "swamp wolf," but probably originally meaning "wolf of hell." According to Sophus Bugge, author of The Home of The Eddic Poems, this name cannot possibly mean "swamp wolf," for there does not exist in Old Norse any derivative endings as -rir, or -ris. He believes Fenrir and Fenris arose under the influence of Christian conceptions of the devil as lupus infernus, combined with tales of the Behemoth and the beast of the Apocalypse, and was altered in form in accordance with popular Old Norse etymology. Companion/pet appearance: A typical owl, decent sized, who has a rounded head, no ear tufts, and contains mixed colors such as grey, black, sandy brown, grey brown, warm grey, etc. The owl known to be male, has large beautiful eyes containing a light green and bright golden. Fenri's companion is usually found perched upon the branches twisting out of his left shoulder blade.

Companion/pet Personality: Fenrisúlfr and his companion share similar personalities, explaining how the two completely different creatures came to be together. His companion, the male owl by the name of Betsalel, tends to be wise yet a tint of evil and mysterious, just like Fenri himself. Betsalel is a Hebrew name meaning "in the shadow." The cunning owl follows Fenri like a shadow, yet isn't afraid to consult his master if his opinions differ. Betsalel has no way of speaking to his owner, yet he finds ways to communicate by his actions. They tend to know exactly how the other is feeling. Betsalel can be snappy at times, but mostly is calm and goes with the flow.
