I put up the hex codes, and added his head set, and his collar.

His collar is powered by the electricity, emitting frequencies to simulate a voice. Without it, he cannot 'talk' to anyone without a computer. So... he got a speaker and a frequency monitor... made his own voice. Sometimes he accidentally breaks it and has to go without it for a while....

His head set enables him to keep in touch and call others up.... he doesn't like it though.

His bandana was just a strike of cuteness. No explanation for that.

Will do more later.
