Her older brother, Eren, is named after an Attack on Titan character, so I thought I'd do the same.
Although Anka is a more minor character, she's still on AOT, right here.

She doesn't talk a lot and loves putting things in her mouth.
Pebbles, claws, cookies, grass, paper, doesn't really matter to this gal.
Anka's pretty laid back, and doesn't really react to much, just staring and blinking and sitting and listening.
She likes warmth, and soft voices, and tends to stare at shiny things.
