I got that. It's just that I'm currently unsure of what the limit is for nursery SDs is. I'm planning to make an archive of these guys, and have them in little 'groups' which I call 'shells' (pretty obvious, right?) and I'm hoping to have a bunch of families. So, how many nursery SDs can I have? Then I'll do the breeding!

Yay! Thank you so much! And since you are so awesome Hannah, I'll say what I'm going to do with them. So, they live in a very tight-nit community. There are groups, called "Shells." Each Shell is made up of several families. An adult will breed up to five times in their life before becoming sterile (under my rule), and then their children will be able to mate. Some, like Medic and her daughter, will not have mates, or if they have mates, none of my SDs will mate with them. So, if Medic has a mate, a different user would provide the mate. In these cases, the other user, not me, will have control of the hatchling. Does that sound good? Also, they can breed only once a year, so that the nursery doesn't get too crowded.
