my custom sima -- Othello Stahr

      can someone check this over and let me know what rarity this is?
      and if i need to take something off? the edit was the fangs. i'm going to have glispa add hair for me c:


          edit -- ok, got the rarity and the glow up. now to do the accessories <3 your up glispa <3
          edit 2 -- his eyes turn yellow [that yellow in the color pallet] and pupils slit when angry.
