A cape-tailed dragon is a peaceful, mountain-dwelling fluffy breed of dragon, named for their long flat tails that quite resemble capes.

Only a few years old, this Brown Osprey CTD was left
by his old clan for reasons he does not understand.
Alastor lives fairly high up a mountain, in a gold mine
abandoned by humans long before his birth, but never
goes as high to meet the mountain's snow line, due to
his hatred of the freezing cold. He aspires to
become a master of handling flames, and someday
form a pack with other close-by dragons (Despite how
shy he can get at times). The dream catcher around
his neck was a trinket he found deep inside the
mineshaft and is the most valued item under his
possession; Alastor would rather face an early death
than loose the silly necklace.

Customs are currently CLOSED
I'll keep this up for the sake of our occasional special customs, but we as staff are deciding to have less customs, and more pre-made adoptables, since it's getting harder and harder to adopt CTDs out!

Also, please keep in mind that Tess's fabulous rules still apply, and breaking
them may result in a warning/ban within CTD Adopts, and if the case is
severe enough, a ticket may be filed to the CS staff about the user's
behavior, other than that, thanks for taking the time to read these "rules"!

I would like for this design to overall generate feelings of trickery or chaos, Think Loki. //shot
I know that I most definitely want the horns to maybe be a bit larger and curve upwards and a color scheme of black, grays, white, and green, or alternately black, gray, white, blue, and red. Also if I could get a feather accessory hanging down from one of the horns as well. I'll link some images to other designs that I like that give me the feelings I'm looking for to help out since I'm awful at explaining things.
If set one of colors is used I'd prefer the eyes to be green and if set two is used I'd prefer the eyes to be red.

Colors, markings, etc: steampunk so gears and clocks in industrial revolution style. Maybe a bit of robotics if you want to. Lastly, good colors are brown, tan, gold, and grey.
*Other: is it possible for her to have brown feathered wings.
