I tried to make a more natural, but still original design this time. This might be my favourite so far.
My adoptables are not first-come, first-serve, for sale or for auction; a winner will be chosen randomly, using http://www.random.org/, at the end of the day or when I think enough people have applied. To enter, just fill out this form, and check back later to see if you've won:
Username: Type your username here
Name: Type what you would name the cat if you are chosen.
Gender: Type what the cat's gender would be if you are chosen.
Number: Type the number your form is; if you're the first to post, put 1. If you're the second, 2, third, 3, etc.
