Introduction;; Hello there. I'm 薄桜鬼, username-wise, but I go by Senri. I currently own two Marble Cats, Reita and Taiga. They're both boys as I usually prefer that gender when it comes to anything, however, this girly right here is the female Marble Cat I've been looking for. If I win her, she will most-likely be my only female. Anyway, thank you so much Paradise for a chance as this pretty girly. I only wish I could have gone all out and added a lot more, but whatever. <33
Name;; Reiko would be this lovely dear's name. She may also go by Rika, Rena, and Rei. The only person to call her anything but her name is her owner, though. Everyone else formally calls her by her actual name.
Origin / Meaning;; Reiko is a Japanese name which means, "lovely child." Rika, Rena, and Rei are also Japanese names.
Reason;; I've been waiting for a female Marble Cat for a while now, as I stated above. Whenever I thought of the Marble Cat a name that started with R always came to mind. This is what led to me looking for an R name. When it comes to names I will usually find a few that I like then I'll go to the design or whatever and I'll say the name aloud while looking at it. If it fits I go with it. It's a rather simple way, but many of my characters have been named liked that and at later dates when I got back and look at the meaning they're almost always ironically spot on when it comes to that character. That's why I stick with this simple way. That's also how I got this girls name, of course. My simple say-it-aloud way. Heh. Now, as for why I chose a Japanese origin. I chose it because the character in which I imagined to own the Marble Cat was Japanese. I also really like Asian languages, but that is beside the point. I feel it would be rather unfitting for a Japanese to name a cat anything other than something Japanese.
[ I would have prettied this up more, but I felt this was good enough. As for the quote, it slightly hints at what I imagine her personality to be or something. Just thought I would explain that. Also, thank you again for a chance at this pretty kitty. ]
