Whats an Axis?

Axis are home to a planet known as "Axiem", they are created by an unknown force, to balance the planet and keep it safe from what comes... the planet has been safe for years now and the Axis have become more social with humans. Will an Axis come to you?

i'm in love with the world Purple_Kakashi created; Axiem.
A place where the waters always green with bubbles, lifeless black tree live on and the sky is one vast green canvas of beauty. I've been meaning to make a Axis dedicated to the beauty of PK's gorgeous world and here he/she is!

Creature Feature, but I go by so many things and have tons of nicknames, call me whatever you please!

∞Axis Name∞

I believe this Axis' name will be Gaelic. Gaelic literally means "of the Gaels", and it includes the language and culture. I saw this Axis and my mind went immediately to Celtic things!

This is a beautiful and graceful female.

∞Personality∞

Gaelic considers herself to be an intelligent and creative Axis, loving to read, write, draw, and play music. She loves nature and is inspired by everything she sees. Her eyes never see anything ugly in others, she believes that everyone has beauty in them, and that their flaws are actually their perfections. She is, however, rather shy, and because of this she doesn't have many friends, other than the birds and small animals of the forest. When asked, most other Axis' will probably describe her as lonely but she likes to be alone, to think and to do other creative things.

∞Short Story "Of the Gaels" by Yours Truly∞

As a scientist, I’m naturally curious, as you can imagine. Upon arriving to Axiem, I didn’t see my guide, a mysterious native known as Axiem, and before long I wandered off, making my own way into a forest of black trees, pausing often to doodle their leaves on my notepad. I made my way to a stream, and sat down to catch my breath and organize the drawings and notes I had taken so far. I heard a pleasant humming noise and looked up, to see a beautiful sea green and blue, female, by the look of her gentle stature, Axis, standing by the stream playing with a native bird in a non threatening way between her paws. I don’t think she noticed me at first, and I quickly took up my notepad and pencil and sketched her, taking note of the gorgeous and unique patterns and markings. My foot slipped, and it sent a shower of pebbles down, and I froze. The Axis’ head whipped towards me, her bright blue eyes saw me, and she scampered away before I could lift another finger.

Inspired by-

"Safaris" are set up for travelers -like you/us- so that travel on the planets surface is do able. How? it is much like scuba diving, each participant is given an oxygen tank, mask and special suit so that they are unharmed by the planets near toxic air, water and wild life. These safaris are led by the only native alien friendly humans on the planet, he is a kind man and understands the planet on a level that makes them look like they are connected.. He goes by [i]Axiem if that is his name or not is unknown. Either way he is friendly to us and makes the Axis very comfortable with us, humans. Comfortable enough that they will follow back to these camps where they can be treated and eventually are able to live on Earth or stay on their planet.

Cordelia it means 'sea jewel'. She often goes by Cordel or just Del. You will learn more on her name in our meeting.

Strong and proud female.
[Personality]
Cordelia isn't very friendly and doesn't get along well with others. She is more of an outcast, going out on a limb just to be by herself. But if she does have to choose someone to be with she would choose a female over a male, and often human over her own kind. Cordel is also very sweet and shy. Though she first come off as mean and fierce. She is as shy as a new born pup with out its mom. But if you do get her to over come her fear of you. She is very loyal and will always be there for you, no matter what others think of you. Cordel is also very hopefully always looking on the bright side of things. Hoping you will do good, that she was right for trusting you and that someday she wont be afraid anymore.
[Our Meeting]
"Burn don't go out so far! You’re going to get hurt!" yelled Rose from the shore. Rose watched as I jumped from rock to rock. Rose wore a worried look on her face, but I just laughed. The water lapped at my feet, tickling them. The hard rock tips under them felt so good, making me never want to leave. I finally just stood there; I could hear Rose screaming for me to come back. But the wonderful sent of the ocean, in the wind, just beckoning me more, to go to it. I was so mesmerized by the sight. I lost my footing. I heard Rose's voice yell, "Burn!" Blackness filled my eyes, my mind, everywhere. My eyes soon parted slightly I was being drown down by water, but something, something warm, something furry and near. A flash of green hair and a blue eye winking at me. Then blackness filled my life again.
Soon I felt queasiness and started to wake. I thought I was in my bed but then remembered what had happened. I shot up fast sand flying everywhere. Then I saw something green and fast, flying into the water. I then bent over my stomach stirring with pain and water, I gagged but nothing came up. I looked around I was lying on the beach; I shook my head, trying to remember how I got there. I could only remember falling, darkness and fur... I was clueless. I tried to stand but fell to the ground fast and bent over again quick. Water now shot up it was gross and I felt it all over. I looked out over the water and saw a small log but then it started to move. What I thought was a simple log was actually a head with long, black, curling horns. I was scared and felt tight all over, scurrying over to the rock, close by, I watched as it came closer. The creature soon got out of the water and I was mesmerized. The creature had gorgeous green fur with swirls and markings. She was like a jewel from the sea. I was no longer scared and put my arm out to reach her. She scurried back and I frowned. But then the large creature drew near, I sucked in a breath. It touched its nose to my palm and I smiled. A connection grew right then and there, just with that small touch.
A voice soon reached my ear and I stiffed, but then I recognized it. Rose yelled again, "Burn! Burn! Where are you?" She was walking along the coast line. The creature jumped away slithering back into the water. I stood slowly but didn't feel queasy anymore. I screamed with a scratchy voice, "Rose! I'm over here Rose!" She heard me thank goodness. "Burn omygoodness you scared me. What happened?" I couldn't answer her question for I didn't know. Rose switched the subject saying, "Come on you must be tired and hungry, you've been gone for 2 days." I didn't hear what she said for I felt amazing, the shock of our touch still in my body. Rose took my arm and dragged me away. I just stared at the water and whispered under my breath, "Good bye jewel, good bye Cordelia." I knew I’d see her again and hoped.
I’ve seen Cordelia many times since then and know we’ll be friends, forever.
