This is a moon spirit/goddess, it could also be an ice thingy, whatever floats your boat if you win her. ;D She is some sort of canine, and glows brightest at full moon. She can only appear as a human on the full moon, and as the moon wanes, she fades and stops giving off sparkley moon dust things. At new moon all her glowing markings go black. As the moon waxes she starts to glow again and gives off moon dust things.
