What is a Mutato?

In a rapidly changing world of rapidly accumulating toxic waste, Mutatoes take to the sky.
These creatures, affectionately dubbed Mutatoes, are a sad combination of an unknown creature, radioactive material, and a potato.
They live in the sky and consume UV radiation. They are the new era of Super Man.

At birth Mutatoes are about the size of a potato and can grow to around the size of a basketball.
Generally they are busy creatures who would prefer flying to being carried.
The Mutato is filled with the same kind of gases that its tail is made of.
These gases are currently unidentified, but are lighter than air- enabling them to fly.
They can stay in the air for a maximum of 20 hours straight before they need to land and "rest".
Though, when they can't be in the air, Mutatoes pace... a lot.

An extreme fan of Attack on Titan, otherwise known as Shingeki no Kyojin (Meaning 'advancing giants') which is basically the point of the show, where titans (giants) attack each of the three walls, eating humans. In fact, such titans do not need to eat to survive. This is proven when the show tells how titans have lived without eating humans or any other animal, which shows us that they eat us humans to exterminate us instead of feed their own hunger to survive.

+ Hajime Isayama
The first name meaning 'beginning' which suits this Mutato, because Shingeki no Kyojin is meant to show us how we humans are always willing to determined to start new beginnings.

+ I chose the name 'Hakjime Isayama' for multiple reasons
The first being because the name belongs to the artist and creator of Shingeki no Kyokin, which would only suit this Mutato. The second is because the name 'beginning' would also represent this Mutatos new beginning from an adoptable to an animal who is loved and cared for by it's owner.

+ Haji finds the Survey corps to be an inspiration
Survey Corps is also known as the Scouting Legion as it is the branch of the Military most actively involved in Titan combat and human expansion from the walls toward safer and bigger areas where they may spread out. Despite having little to no success, they still symbolize 'the hope of mankind', their insignia being known as 'the Wings of Freedom'; they hope that someday, their efforts will change the world known for humanity's better, and recover the freedom that has been lost in their history with the titans.
