1.) You may make at least two a week.
There is no maximum.
2.) For major line edits/custom lines,
PM me.
3.) You may make customs for yourself/
another person. You may only own two
customs.
4.) You may own up to seven (7) TUC's.
(2 Customs, 5 Adopted.)
5.) No abusing your power as staff.

A Tonitrua Unda Canis (Thunder Wave Dog) is a Latin creature which was recently discovered by Professor Roger Affkins, a German scientist. Professor R. Affkins, or Raff, as he was known to acquaintances, found these creatures on an expedition throughout the ancient ruins of Athens, Greece. These old breeds of canine are highly intelligent, and strangely, have the ability to control electricity! Their tails are skeletal, and their 'manes' and leg fluffs are always the same colour as the lightning bolt on their eyes. Other than that, they can range from a variety of colours, though the rarest of the TUC's are always a design with less than two colours. Can you befriend a Tonitrua Unda Canis?
