What is a Mutato?

In a rapidly changing world of rapidly accumulating toxic waste, Mutatoes take to the sky.
These creatures, affectionately dubbed Mutatoes, are a sad combination of an unknown creature, radioactive material, and a potato.
They live in the sky and consume UV radiation. They are the new era of Super Man.

At birth Mutatoes are about the size of a potato and can grow to around the size of a basketball.
Generally they are busy creatures who would prefer flying to being carried.
The Mutato is filled with the same kind of gases that its tail is made of.
These gases are currently unidentified, but are lighter than air- enabling them to fly.
They can stay in the air for a maximum of 20 hours straight before they need to land and "rest".
Though, when they can't be in the air, Mutatoes pace... a lot.

This year's International Day of Peace is on this upcoming Saturday, the 21st, so I decided to make a quick mutato in honor of the occassion! :3

Promise's personality tends to subtly change overtime. She adapts
how she acts with her surroundings, from joyful to bored. For
example, if she was in a quiet place where no mutato could disturb
her, she would feel safe, secure, and happy. On the other hand,
if she is in a noisy place with lots of people, she would feel unsafe
and a little awkward..because at times she can be socially
impaired. But, in her head - her imagination - she has a much
broader attitude there. All in all, Promise is a charming character
who loves photography, birds, & music. ♬

Mandarin because the colour of this Mutatoes eyes remind me of them, and a funny thing my friend did today:

My friend had a Mandarin, she unpeeled it then split it evenly into two, then she put it too her lips and said "I speak Mandarin!" (If anyone feels offended by this can they please notify me so that I can remove it, If this does offend anyone I am Deeply sorry and I didn't mean too offend anyone by it)

Mandi is very reasonable mutato that will put up with someones rambling on of their day or something that drives them up the wall, but Mandi is very cautious when sharing her emotions and leaves them soaking up inside. Right up until the point at where she expresses them is somewhat ways that can be both bad and good. Mandi is a worry wort, worrying about the smallest of small and leading her too be stressed allot and a work-a-holic.
