Milky way kits are foxes with a flowy galaxy tail, their orbs contain the essence of their galaxies, their bodies are slightly transparent and stars dot their bodies. They are ethereal beings, but they love to mess with people and play tricks. According to legend, Milky way kits are believed to have come from the stars , leaving a trail of colorful dust and stars behind them as they moved across the universe.
Milky way kits have bright, colorful tails with many different colors. Their tails are rarely pure black or pure white. Their orb color matches the colors of their tails and never mismatches, as a part of their tails is rumored to be enclosed in the orb.
Their diet usually consists of fruits and meat, though mainly fruit because their bright tails tend to give them away when they try to hunt.
Despite their mischievous nature, they are faithful creatures and when they find a mate they stick with them for life. Their love for their mates is endless, just like the universe is endless. They can sometimes have relationship problems, but this is very rare.
Well, someone suggested natural designs, so here is a border collie design. For this one, write a story involving this kit.

I would name this darling Lassie. I don't even know why, but that dog inspired me and even if they are not the same type of dog they are still dogs. Foxes are similar to dogs and certainly as smart, if not smarter. I would think her to be intelligent just like that heroic dog.

Lassie would be a girl. A female. A lady, whatever you want to call it.

Do you want to hear a story? This is a story of Lassie, this Lassie. She's made her own legends on earth and it all began with the landing and the day she saved some humans. And the same day her name was given in honour of her bravery.

A whistle hit the air as she plummeted. The marble that was earth drew closer as she couldn't control herself. She had always been clumsy and hitting the conspicuous satellite had caused her to lose balance, though it wasn't hard. One gentle shove and she'd spin. Up in the empty void of space her flight just wasn't professional. She was an adult and yet she acted like a kit and she was practically retarded. In her opinion anyway, she'd always been useless.

She hit the no flight zone, better acquainted as gravity. She couldn't fly now and her brown galaxy tail billowed out behind her. It was beautiful but it no longer steered the ship. Nothing did, as the strange fox creature fell it was stuck in a forward motion. She was a bullet readying for impact. Suddenly earth was not as far as it had been. And that was when she throttled into the ground and dirt rose up. Dented into a massive equator just before everything went black.

She was drifting in limbo, death was sure to come for her. This place was weird, she floated in the mass of liquid surrounding her. Confusion struck her, where in the universe was she now? The tendrils of the mud caked ground had reached out for her. Had they finally swallowed her? Life didn't even seem to exist anymore. Silence was her rehabilitation.
"Hello? Doggy? Doggy! H-help! Help! Doggy!"
The voice invaded her stupor, echoing off the walls of her head. It sounded distant, beyond her current location yet closer than she expected. An eye blinked open and then the second one joined it. From her position crushed onto the crusty dirt she barely saw anything. A few flashes of trees and distorted shapes. It was a blur, almost like she was tripping. Her brain had been rattled, she had survived but she was something special. Though her normal collie coat was deceiving she was something unreal. Not a dog, not a fox. A Milky Way kit, never before seen on the world before they all arrived. She let out a weak yap as she tried to figure out the voice. It had been frantic, a message urgently needing to be successfully delivered. But to discover it she'd have to summon up all her strength and raise herself to her shaky paws.
The feminine creature wobbled as she soon stood upon four legs. She had to practically drag her tired body as she heard crying. Sometime was certainly up as she neared the edge of a cliff. Rocks crumbled beneath her light paws so she tread carefully. Peaking over the edge a cascade of rocks flew down and there on a ledge jutting out just below her was a child, two children in fact. They couldn't be too old, but they were young enough to get too close to the edge. Then she realised that it wasn't their fault. She had been the one to land, to unsettle the ground. It was uneven, unstable now. She didn't speak, they wouldn't understand her if she did so she barked. The two little heads looked up and their pained expressions turned to excited ones. The pure joy in their eyes warmed her heart. Help, they needed to reach safety.
She didn't have a name, at least, she couldn't remember it. She was disorientated and dizzy yet determination ran through her. Though gravity remained in the atmosphere that didn't halt her in leaping. Her tail swirled behind her, a parachute for her. On this planet she was finally graceful. One of the kids got up and ran up to her, tripping over the odd rock here and there. She was surprised by the weight suddenly mounted upon her back but she held strong. It wouldn't be for too long. The second child however was crying and cradling his foot. He had damaged it, it wasn't hard to notice. So she leant down and wrapped her jaws around his t-shirt. She lifted him up like he was her pup and her motherly instincts took hold.

After many minutes of scrambling she had reached the top of the cliff again, this time with two travellers. They both giggled, even the injured one, as they touched her tail and watched the stars moving with wonder. "Hero doggy!" the injured boy called out and then clung to her neck, but somewhat gently.
"Boys! Thomas!? Harold!? Boys?"
Her large ears pricked as two loud voice shouted out, were these the parents come to retrieve their human pups? "Mummy!" both the boys squealed and soon enough the mother had scooped up her children with her husband right behind her. "Who's this?" the father asked as his hand petted her head. It was soothing and she barked in delight. He laughed and then the boys laughed too. "The star doggy saved us!" the injured boy cried out and the father smiled. "Thank you girl." he whispered. "Does she have a name?" he asked out loud, he knew that she was not named. Somehow, and now he was asking the boys to name her. This family was so happy, it made her miss her own.
"Lassie."
The boys had both agreed on her name. The name of an old hero, a dog in fact. She was honoured to be called such a thing, they thought she was worthy of it? Her heart swelled with pride as they waved goodbye and she disappeared into the bushes. She would never forget how she had saved the boys, and Lassie would forever remain her name.
{Sorry if it's a bit long. xD Got a little carried away}
