Personality or story: He wasn't actually a real starfish he was a type of licorice candy that looks like a star,but someone put him in a machine and he turned into a living starfish/He is kind and can make friends easily.
Special powers (only if Creatures are uncommon or rare): It can extend like a rubber (I believe most licorice types do)
Other: It reminded me of a licorice type I used to eat lol.
