This is Diaru, A ceiral based off of one of my favourite Pokemon; Dialga c:
This Ceiral is actually a female, who's so serious and grumpy that calling her moody would be the same as calling anyone else happy.
She also has beautiful L'oreal hair.
Mmm.

I'm considering more pokemon based Ceirals, perhaps a palkia follow-up of this for Pines.
