The minute I looked at this Mutato, I thought of a phoenix. The phoenix is a mythological creature that is associated with the sun, and is best known for its ability to never die. Upon death, the phoenix erupts into a flame and burns into a pile of ashes. From this pile of ashes arises a new, baby phoenix.
To me, the phoenix represents never giving up - you may have been knocked down, but that doesn't mean you have to stay on the ground. You may be going through a dark time in your life, but you'll find the light somehow. You may have a bad attitude, but you can choose to change that attitude to a lighter and happier one. Tomorrow you have a chance to be better or different from today; you don't have to be the same person you were yesterday, a week ago, or three years ago. You can change, and rise above what once held you down.
The phoenix also reminds me to never give up in a different way - you should never stop fighting for what you believe in. If others state that you can't do something, prove them wrong. Show them that you CAN do it. NEVER stop fighting for what you know is right; if others disagree with you and tell you that you're full of baloney, prove them wrong. Show them that you know what you're talking about - show them you know that you are fighting on the right side. Show them that you can do ANYTHING.
This Mutato's name reminds me that even if I'm as down-in-spirit and as low-in-life as I can get, I can ALWAYS succeed and overcome any obstacle. No matter what kind of hole I've dug myself into, I can always build a ladder and get out. No matter what kind of swirling current I'm drowning in, I can always spot a life preserver and float to safety. No matter what storm I find myself in, I can always find shelter. This Mutato reminds me that I can overcome ANYTHING life throws at me; I am a survivor and a fighter, and I won't give up easily.
When you fall, the only reasonable thing to do is pick yourself up again...and conquer what made you fall in the first place.

While being easily-angered, she still can be loving and kind to those whom she loves and admires. When life gets hard, she continues to push and struggle through the bad times, because she knows the good times are up ahead. When someone confronts her about something, Rise from the Ashes will get very defensive, but will usually win the argument. Being her stubborn and hard-headed self, she never relents or backs down - she's not afraid of many things. She tends to get exasperated quickly, and tends to not follow the "norm" or "status quo" - she clearly forges her own path, and not many are brave enough to follow her.
