What is a Mutato?

In a rapidly changing world of rapidly accumulating toxic waste, Mutatoes take to the sky.
These creatures, affectionately dubbed Mutatoes, are a sad combination of an unknown creature, radioactive material, and a potato.
They live in the sky and consume UV radiation. They are the new era of Super Man.

At birth Mutatoes are about the size of a potato and can grow to around the size of a basketball.
Generally they are busy creatures who would prefer flying to being carried.
The Mutato is filled with the same kind of gases that its tail is made of.
These gases are currently unidentified, but are lighter than air- enabling them to fly.
They can stay in the air for a maximum of 20 hours straight before they need to land and "rest".
Though, when they can't be in the air, Mutatoes pace... a lot.

Serenity

reason for name ↷

I believe the passing of seasons is nothing but serene. They come and go and repeat, representing time lost, time gained, time disappeared. I feel like the light feel of Serenity almost makes you think about the way time blissfully moves, smoothly through the air, leaving behind it, season after season.

my favorite season ↷

Right off the bat I respond with summer, seeing as it is bright, but in reality my soul longs for the depths of winter. I dislike winter with a burning passion; its darkness, its lack of the living seems so terribly good. But winter is the season in which I most think: It's the season where I can ponder and toss through the darkness of night and early morning just watching the bright moon illuminate the snow. I feel most secure in the winter, despite how much I grieve during the season. I love it because it makes me a better person, it makes me passionate, it burns me with anger. I like winter because I write the best poetry and deepest stories then, and my emotions come out to the top and I'm not afraid to face them. Strange reasoning yes, but this it is.

While most may be drawing art, I feel like a poem can only accompany the majestic qualities of the seasons passing and this mutato.

Despite the fact that it is so far from grasp,
Time, only time, can move so fast.
It goes so silently, so quickly, so suddenly,
That no one knows how to make it last,

But although it moves through the air,
Making it seem as though nothing is there,
Time leaves behind a few small prints-
Letting us know its presence, it declares.

The leaves' color range from orange to green,
And the ground begins revealed, and then nothing is seen.
From warm to cold, from bright to dull,
The seasons pass as though it is but a dream.

And within this busyness sits something so small,
A little creature with powers stands un-appalled.
This specie, mutato, has a special one.
That has the sense to watch the time go from summer to fall.

I can only hope that this beautiful creature will,
Come and sit by my side ever so still.
I'll care for it and treat it nothing but well,
And hope that this mutato will cast me in a spell.

And that it will let me follow it through the depths of the seasons.
And that it will let me follow it through the dimension of time.

++It's the name of the smell of after it rains.
My favorite season has to be either winter or spring. For some reason I really like cold and rainy weather. To me theres a sort of quiet beauty of it.

I would name this mutato Autumn

Reason for Choosing the Name; If you see below, my favourite season is autumn, so I decided on Autumn for a name, and also if you see the extra, it's a little bit based of the song "Autumn Leaves"

What is your Favourite Season and Why; Autumn. It's a beautiful season, what with the red and gold and brown leaves, and the slightly rainy climate. Also, it's the season my birthday's in, and where I am, autumn's in April, and I love April too
