What is a Mutato?

In a rapidly changing world of rapidly accumulating toxic waste, Mutatoes take to the sky.
These creatures, affectionately dubbed Mutatoes, are a sad combination of an unknown creature, radioactive material, and a potato.
They live in the sky and consume UV radiation. They are the new era of Super Man.

At birth Mutatoes are about the size of a potato and can grow to around the size of a basketball.
Generally they are busy creatures who would prefer flying to being carried.
The Mutato is filled with the same kind of gases that its tail is made of.
These gases are currently unidentified, but are lighter than air- enabling them to fly.
They can stay in the air for a maximum of 20 hours straight before they need to land and "rest".
Though, when they can't be in the air, Mutatoes pace... a lot.

My last Mutato as GA! It's been fun designing these nuggets, ahaha.

Username:
Hey there! I'm *shiver*! But feel free to call me any nickname you want to! I seriously don't mind! The username *shiver* is kind of a long story...actually. When I think about it...not really! *shiver* came to me when I was thinking of a new username because my other one had my {ex} friend's name in it. I was looking around the forums because I was still fairly new and was still figuring everything out when I came upon the Role Play forum. In one of these forums a character shivered but instead of saying 'the character shivered' it just said *shivers*. I then thought *shiver* {with out the S.} would be a pretty smart and creative username. So here I am with the user *shiver*! Anyways, back on topic. Sorry if that took too long to read. XP

Name of the Mutato:
I'd name her Shattered colors because she reminds me of a painted glass window that broke...the bottom picture reminds me of painted glass and the top reminds me of shattered glass.

What does this Mutato remind you of?:
Well it reminds me of a few things. Tie dye, colored glass that has shattered, and a pastel painting!

What does this Mutato remind you of

The Mutato reminds me of a blur of mountains over looking a blue sky and below a field of egg like things.

Always afraid to go out and see the world when she was younger Optical changed her way of life. She went from being shy to being outgoing and clam around people and other Mutato's. She loves optical illusions and things thinking they are fun trying to figure out. Optical wondered by herself for awhile and is now looking for someone to keep her company. Will you be the one to keep her company?

Well Hi there, humans! I am a Mutato, #177 a matter of fact~ So, you'd like to learn a bit more about us, eh? Well, my human companion here, is simply Xhat, and I am Fönn!
Just for you information, the name is pronounced as you would say fun in your English language, and it means 'Lots of Snow' in Icleandic. If I didn't mention this before, I'm a female Mutato!

Should I describe what I think my fur design looks like? Personally, my flame-shaped tail reminds me of the Icicles you would find when it's been snowing, and really cold out. But my body, I would like to think they remind me of coloured shadows, I don't really know.

Well, I hope to see you another time~ Fönn, out.

My name, you ask...?
Well, they call me Pig lover
And the name of this adorable Mutato...?
They call her Clouded Beauty
And what does her total amazing-ness remind me of...?
Well, I wear glasses, and this little beauty reminds me of when I take my glasses off (her body, anyways) because it's slightly fuzzed out. Her tail, which is clear and 'sharp' makes me think of my vision when I put my glasses back on. Also, the use of the word 'sharp' seems appropriate because the tail design looks almost like some razor-sharp spikes of some sort.

+And a little poem by me for the beautiful baby... and for the AMAZING judge as well, of course!+
As I lift my glasses from my nose,
My eyes slowly begin to close,
for suddenly,
To a large degree,
It's a lot less easy to see,

Around me all the colours blend;
I loose all sense of what happened,
As edges blur,
And straight lines slur,
My head begins to whirl and I waver.

Then I remember the simple cure -
One which I do truly adore!
To simply shove,
Upon my nose,
My glasses - what did you suppose?

And suddenly the colours part,
And I give a little start,
Because I love,
A couple of,
Moments of perfect vision!

(Btw, the spine., I think this 'little nugget' is lovely, and even if I don't get her, I want to thank you for making her so exquisite! Also, goodbye - I'm sure everyone will miss you as a Mutato artist! You're work is beautiful! Goodluck on whatever you do next, and keep up the good work! ^.^ )
