Maned Mondees are small mammals found in forests, near lakes, rivers, etc, or even in the homes of families. They are about the size of house cats, and are twice as intelligent. Mondees do not talk, but they can mimick human talking and noises with their mouths and understand humans as well. The special traits of Mondees are their tails, ears, and their "bonds." Mondees bond to others, live in groups, and can't be separated from their bondmates or they will get very sick and die. Mondees are raised in families of humans or other Mondees, but when they bond, it is closely with another creature. It could be a sister, brother, mother, father, human, or other creature. They also may mate outside of this bond, and are bonded with their mates. Mondees only come in natural colors, and they mimic other animals as well. The inside of their ears, eyes, pawpads, and tail are the only things that can be unnatural.

animal'' I want to say Columbian Red-Tail Boa, but depending on the exact snake and/or morph, it could also be a corn snake? But something tells me you're thinking of fish.... The only thing I could think of would be an orange one-spot butterflyfish but that is waaaay inaccurate.....
