What is a Mutato?

In a rapidly changing world of rapidly accumulating toxic waste, Mutatoes take to the sky.
These creatures, affectionately dubbed Mutatoes, are a sad combination of an unknown creature, radioactive material, and a potato.
They live in the sky and consume UV radiation. They are the new era of Super Man.

At birth Mutatoes are about the size of a potato and can grow to around the size of a basketball.
Generally they are busy creatures who would prefer flying to being carried.
The Mutato is filled with the same kind of gases that its tail is made of.
These gases are currently unidentified, but are lighter than air- enabling them to fly.
They can stay in the air for a maximum of 20 hours straight before they need to land and "rest".
Though, when they can't be in the air, Mutatoes pace... a lot.

I would him call Inazuma (稲妻) or short Zuma

~Why "稲妻"?~
Inazuma because it is the japanese word for Lightning. It seems perfect for this sweet Mutato. But the most would propably call him Zuma.

~What is your favorite element and why?:~
I don't really got one, 'cause I like all of them. But if I must choose, I would say water and air. 'Cause I love to swim and be in the water. And Air, 'cause I love it, wenn the wind blows through my hair. Yes I know, a bit... strange. But I think so. XD

My favourite element is fire, because fire is destructive and deadly and beautiful. It's a gorgeous death by flame, some people can master it, some's lives are taken by it. It can be as simple as a candle flame, or as complicated as a raging forest fire. It can roast marshmallows or murder.

Reason for Name:The term lightning bolt came into my mind as soon as I saw this adorable little Mutato, and I decided to shorten it to Bolt for a name.

Favorite Element and Why:Water. It can be destructive or even deadly in cases such as tsunamis or floods, but it also supplies life to us and the food we consume. A smooth and gentle current can change into a powerful and fast one in the blink of an eye. We all need it to survive, and it can be fun to use for swimming, surfing, or scuba diving.

Reason for choosing the name: I like traditional Japanese names because they are cool and creative. I thought naming my Mutato with a different language would make my Mutato unique and cool.
What is your favorite element and why? My favorite element is actually at the same time, thunder/ lightning, because it is my part of my Chinese name which is pretty cool!

Name of the Mutato: Radi

Reason for choosing the name: Radi is a Swahili word for thunder- I believe it suits his color and pattern scheme and goes well with the lightning bolt design. Also, Radi sounds like a nice and cute name, that would be just perfect for this Mutato.

What is your favorite element and why?: My favorite element is water, because its so calm and peaceful and when you're swimming or scuba diving or even snorkeling, it's like you are not even part of this world anymore. You feel like you're in your own space and time and in this space you can see awesome fish and creatures, defy gravity (or at least feel like you can), and just have fun. Swimming is one of my favorite activities and I love to just sit or play in water for hours on end. Another slightly more random thing is I love mythology, and water mythology is some of the best, including mermaids, Loch Ness Monster, the Bermuda Triangle, and even Ancient Greek stories of Poseidon!
