Why Should He Join You?(Talk about what you do, what he'd like, etc..): i love battling my pokemon but i wont force them to do anything they dont want. i love to make my pokemon happy. i have a few pikachus and some of the eeveelutions along with a little deaf buizel named toby (which happens to be his brother) and a blind pikachu named cory they work as a team

History/Story (Be creative!): i was born in a small part of the canto region barely known to anyone. i lived with his little brother toby until a trainer took him away im sure he agreed to it i raised him to be a smart boy. i miss him and wonder weather hes safe sometimes. my wings ache and i stop by a puddle of water. i here a small pikachu talking pika pikachu pi pika pi pi pika pi pikachu pika pika (cory grab tobys hand tht way you dont wonder away) the name toby got my atention. i walk behind a bush and see him with 2 pikachus the one seems to be blind. i walk out from behind the bush and approuch them. bui buizel bui bui bui buizel (hello im buddy.) toby lets go of the pikachus hand and hugs me. pika pikachu pi pika pika pi pikachu pi (do you know him? the older pikachu asks) bui buizel bui buizel bui (yes im his older brother.) and the story goes on from here. i dont know if i will join my brother or not

Around 8-9. His personality makes him seem younger.
History/Story:
His history is a bit brutal, but he doesn't really care. Buddy is often chased by pokemon collectors and people crazy over money. His parents were a Floatzel and - um, he doesn't know his father. He grew up with his mother and a trainer, who he didn't really like. The trainer always followed a strict route and disciplined everyone - He couldn't even explore! Buddy ran away when his mother was traded. Living wild for a time, he stayed near a lake in a forest full of pokemon. Humans rarely came through, but he decided to risk it and go out of the forest into the world.

Well, I love to explore, though I'm not as carefree as Buddy is. He might like Frost - She doesn't share that much, but she can help look after him. He's really young, after all. But I wonder if he likes poffins...

In my pokemon diamond game (when I was 10), I made poffins out of almost every berry I got. Pretty good at it, too. :3

history;; Buddy was always a strange one. His family were a royal 'tribe' of water types, rivaled by the flying type 'tribe'. His mother was of the flying type tribe, his father of the water. Since he was born to the heirs of both tribes, there was a war to who would keep him. In the end- the water types won. With his new life with his father alone- now leader, he grew to be a strong opponent- even if most pokemon didn't take him seriously. But Buddy always had a craving for cute and sweet things- as well as adventuring. But heirs rarely leaved the territory, which angered and upset him. But as his father died and he became leader- his tribe would not accept him. They threw him out to let a 'true' water type to be king, leaving Buddy to do the one thing he loved the most- explore.

why should he join you?;; I seriously love drawing this guy- so I would of course draw him! I would also occasionally battle with him at the battle arena if allowed, and also RP him at the pokemon RP. I currently don't have any pokemon- so he would be a great first member- considering him being so fun loving- maybe if he would be willing he could help me add some pokemon into my team? I would see if I could find him some friends- and I would make a characters page about him too! And doodle him over my maths book. x3 I personally explore alot- so he could totally join me! And if he likes cookies or poffins- consider it done. I would seriously spazz if I won him. Thanks for giving me this opportunity BlazeMeow and Buddy!
