Day one~
Captains Arrival

Todays the day! I thought as I looked out the window. Turner will finally have a pasture mate he will be so happy I smilled at the thought of my horse being happy, I mean that really is all I want for my horses a happy and healthy life. Then I heard the sound of a truck going down the gravel road. Is he he already he wasn't supposed to be here till 8:30?I thought surprisingly. I glanced out the front door and I was right he truly was here! I put on my boots and grabbed my coat and ran out the door to the white horse trailer. A man stepped out of the truck and told he his name was Tim from cherry lane stables, he said that Captain was stray and wondered into the stables. Tim opened the trailer and out came was the most handsome horse I had ever seen.Why would they sell this horse?I thought. I said good-bye to Tim and lured Captain back to the stables with a carrot. I was going to hang with Captain for a while, but it was dark and he was tried so I fed him and turner, checked on the chickens, and called it a night.
