What is a Mutato?

In a rapidly changing world of rapidly accumulating toxic waste, Mutatoes take to the sky.
These creatures, affectionately dubbed Mutatoes, are a sad combination of an unknown creature, radioactive material, and a potato.
They live in the sky and consume UV radiation. They are the new era of Super Man.

At birth Mutatoes are about the size of a potato and can grow to around the size of a basketball.
Generally they are busy creatures who would prefer flying to being carried.
The Mutato is filled with the same kind of gases that its tail is made of.
These gases are currently unidentified, but are lighter than air- enabling them to fly.
They can stay in the air for a maximum of 20 hours straight before they need to land and "rest".
Though, when they can't be in the air, Mutatoes pace... a lot.

The best dream Tia ever had was one where she was sitting on top of a cloud. She could break off pieces of the cloud and fashion them into little shapes. Then, once she was content with her work, she let it float away, and it would bounce in the air until it was out of sight.

Then she would land apon a old dock close enough to the water where she would attempt to snag a fish, but would always end up with water in her paws and she would laugh every time that happened.♥

This Mutato's name is Lucie. Pronounced like Lucy, it's short for Lucid Dreamer. She got her name because she always has lucid dreams. A lucid dream is when you are aware you are in a dream, and you can control it.

Her best dream was when she finally had a normal dream. She couldn't remember anything about it in the morning, but she knew that she had a normal dream. It was her best dream because she wanted to be like every other Mutato in their dreams.

I wanted to name this Mutato, Aladdin if I were so lucky as to win it. I really like the name, "Aladdin" and I like this Mutato. Why not name it that?

Aladdin once dreamed that he could fly so high in the sky and dive down to the earth with the thrill of such high speeds. All other Mutatos were impressed with the courage and bravery he showed when he did something so exciting.

Once, Ayumi dreamed that they were not a Mutato. They were a regular animal. Not combined, not floating, not radioactive, not gaseous. Like most dreams, however, it was too foggy to remember the exact animal. However, they could not float, only walk amongst their ancestral kin.
