What is a Mutato?

In a rapidly changing world of rapidly accumulating toxic waste, Mutatoes take to the sky.
These creatures, affectionately dubbed Mutatoes, are a sad combination of an unknown creature, radioactive material, and a potato.
They live in the sky and consume UV radiation. They are the new era of Super Man.

At birth Mutatoes are about the size of a potato and can grow to around the size of a basketball.
Generally they are busy creatures who would prefer flying to being carried.
The Mutato is filled with the same kind of gases that its tail is made of.
These gases are currently unidentified, but are lighter than air- enabling them to fly.
They can stay in the air for a maximum of 20 hours straight before they need to land and "rest".
Though, when they can't be in the air, Mutatoes pace... a lot.

+What you would do together on a rainy day We would probably still go out and do whatever we were doijg before cause this one doesn't care about the climate. We might find a hill and sit in a dustbin bag and toboggan down the wet hill and many other things, swimming in puddles then pretend we're drowning, rent a car to splash those innocent people standing on the side of a pavement next to a deep puddle [SO MEAN] and of course do a sun dance

Reason for Choosing the Name: She reminds me of a beautifully blooming flower
What you would do together on a rainy day: We would plant gorgeous flowers together and give them their proper care. We would go outside, despite the bad weather, and fly a kite around town. We'd put on raincoats and rubber boots and hop in the muddy puddles. We'd go to the finest candy store in town and buy Bloom's favorite treat: lollipops! I would hold onto the kite and fly after her in the sky. We would listen to music. Finally, Bloom and I would eat crackers and play a board game before we went to bed.
