Foxerflies are fun creatures, never looking to harm.
This one has a special charm;
Her butterfly wings shimmer with pink
As she flies down to have a drink.

This time she flies away
To have another drink today.
She lands in a golden puddle, looking mellow;
Now her paws aren't pink, but a sunny yellow!

A rose by any other name
Is not as sweat
As the scented one I found before me

Thorns like hot pokers
Her sent rafts to me
glorious
intoxicating
blinding

So badly I want that rose
to pluck it
to trim it
to make it mine

My fingers clutch
thorns piercing through my skin
Blood dripping from the wounds

It almost seemed like it welted at the sight
though its thorns would not give up the fight
A stallion rose this one was
It's own beauty
It's own mind

It wont be cut
it wont be trimmed
so how will i make it mine?
