What is a Story Spirit?

A Story Spirit is a manifestation of knowledge and imagination that takes the form of a dragon, they’re often found in libraries, universities, and schools. But it isn’t uncommon for them to be found in any place where books can be found! These little cat sized creatures live inside the stories of the books that they surround themselves with, this often effects what form and design that they take on.

This curious little spirit is always getting into places she shouldn't, and whether purposeful or not, she seems to get into trouble wherever she goes!
Aside from exploring, this spirit enjoys browsing fantasy literature, especially those that include white rabbits in waistcoats!

X3 I thought you guys might've thought I had gone a bit dull with all of the brown Spirits that I've been giving you, so we needed something to liven it up! i'm usually not one for pinks and purples, but I really love how this lovely turned out C:
this spirit also comes with a cute little chibi concept sketch, its quite a bit different than her current design but the winner will get it anyhow :D

a story about an adventure that this spirit has taken:

Dreamfall is always wandering through out the stories of princesses, knights and kings. But she has gone through so many of them that they aren't as interesting like they use to be. One day she found a book that she hadn't seen before, it must have been new.
The title read Alice in Wonderland; reading it made her heart jump some. She had heard about it before, read a few pages of the book but soon moved places so she never got to finish. This was her opportunity to finally see what it was like and possibly see the characters for herself. Before she knew it, she was roaming through out the pages of the book, experiencing everything Alice experienced. A flash of white caught her eye; her head quickly turned to follow it and when she found out what it was she almost squealed.
It was the White Rabbit, her favorite character that she had fallen in love with as she read some of the book. Soon other characters appeared, the Chershire Cat, the March Hare and the famous Mad Hatter. It was a dream come true until she ran into the Red Queen; she hadn't realized she was walking towards her castle until it was too late. She knew nothing good would come of staying so she left the story and returned to the university she was once in before. Her head shook slightly to try and clear it of what happened and something got her attention. It was a golden pocket watch that was wrapped around one of her horns.
A smile crossed her face. She knew who it had come from and she will never forget it. The White Rabbit's pocket watch will stay in her heart forever, it was the best gift she could have ever gotten from that adventure and from any that will come from the future.

Chaoxing (Xing) - Meaning 'Morning Star'
Short personality:
Chaoxing is the kind of person who can't help but give her opinion. She will randomly jump into conversations often, and although this could be called rude, she has good ideas and her input is often appreciated. Xing is friendly and outgoing, although she can be snarky and the embodiment of "Harrumph" if she has a mind to. She is a mischief maker, and sometimes wishes for a little peace and quiet. She has impeccable spelling from all the books she's read, and will often correct you.
A story about an adventure that this spirit has taken - Curiosity (almost) killed the cat! . . . Or dragon?:
"Ugh!" Chaoxing wandered through the shelves of the library that was her home, bored silly. She had read most of the books numerous times, and they had lost some of their glow. Besides, there was supposed to have been a new shipment of books today, and she was eager to see them. There they were - in the back room. Most of them were boring, but one caught her eye -Redwall ... She was captivated from the start. It all passed by in a blur . . . but then it slowed down when the rat attacked her. She fought as best she could - one wound from his tail-barb could spell death for her. Suddenly she had an idea. It had to work. She wrapped her tail around his neck - this was her story now. She had to win. She had to. The rat went limp. She released him. The abbey-people were grateful. They offered all sorts of payment, but all she accepted were the rat's tail-barb and a pocket watch.

And that is Chaoxing's favorite adventure.
