Ok so. Whats so specail about this Muslett? Well It can transform its self into electricity and moves around quickly that way
It cannot fly. Just because it had wings does not mean it can fly, it can float like any other Muslett can.
Alright so rules and tips on filling this out
-Extra Number two is Optional
-Art is a Big Booster

-Do not make more then two extras
-Don't post anything besides forms please
-Make it pretty ^^ I like pretty forms it adds a big booster as well
