Song of the Vale
This little fawn is the offspring of Silvanus and Sidereus. Elkrin fawns are rarely seen these days and to have a breeding occur is even rarer. But the Elkrin riders have begun to come back and so too have the Elkrin of old. A beautiful little girl has been born. She seems to be a normal, happy and active fawn. You would not guess by looking at her that she was magic, but this little girl has a special gift. She has the voice of a song bird that can call forth others from beyond the vale. It is a haunting melody. She has inherited equal genetics from both parents. As she grows her coat will become a darker chocolate brown and her spots will disappear to reveal new markings.

Since she's got a singing voice, I'd pick a name surrounding music or birdsong. Nightingale, Lyre (Lyra?), Piper... OOOH. I love Allegria.

Hm I do like Lyre or Nightingale, or I was thinking Mockingbird. Hopi is a significant mockingbird in Native American folklore, and since that's a significant culture where I live, I was leaning towards that...
