Yes, anything is possible. But for some breeds of horses and dogs, some colors are not genetically possible. Like a Labrador Retriever cannot be dilute brindle parti-color, the alleles just don't exist in the certain breed. You would need to breed other breeds into them to get the alleles for certain colors. And the tallest horse ever was 21 hh. So, yes, maybe in the future it may happen, but right now it's not genetically possible.
