The scaring you wanted on his eye is there,m and I'm supprizingly happy with the mane. Body design is reletivly simple, but he has complex tattoos with what appears to be pipes with flames comming out of them. I cannot draw a scateboard...

Maybe Sparked Wheels? Because sometimes when you... grind(?) down one of those metal stair handle thingies (I am so confused) they spark. And mmaybe he likes to make his wheels spark to impress the ladies.
