Name: Animaux
Sex: Female
Owner: Perocore
Position: Mascot of Hoak, and the care-taker of Pups
Animaux, despite her fearsome appearance, is really quite a sweet little thing. She's approximately 39 years old, and took the place of her mother (Demonta) as the care-taker of young Hoas who aren't old or tame enough to go to new homes. This wild looking hoa is happiest curled up at her master's feet in front of the fire place on her pink blanket with one or three pups sleeping in the curve of her stomach. Her favorite activity of the day, besides meal time, is when it's time to get up and stretch her legs in the garden with the pups. Animaux's favorite games include frisbee and eat-the-neighbor's-pesky-felines.
Fairly small for a Hoa, Animaux only stands about 3 feet and 11 inches at the shoulder. She has a light frame, which means she can glide for longer distances compared to other hoas. Her base is a gold-tinged white. Her feathers are a russet sort of orangey-red color. Her eyes are a slightly brighter blue than her markings. Animaux gets her name from her markings, which mimic those of various wild animals. Her head, front right leg, and left hing leg are striped like a tigers, while her neck and chest mimic a zebra's markings. Her shoulder is patterned like an Amur leopards, and she has the spots of a cheetah over her flanks. Animaux's right hind leg is covered in green down to the toes. Her tail, an indigo blue, is striped like a Ring Tail's. Her skin is a dusty brown color, and her tongue is deep indigo.
