"Bubblegum Runes are as sweet as their names might imply, as they are always happy to lead hunters out to gum-bearing trees or towards rarer ingredients; requiring only a sugary treat in return. Anything will do, from raw sugarcane to honey, not to mention chocolate. They are a very sociable species, living in colonies that can reach upwards of 70 individuals; though most stay at around 30. While Bubblegum Runes will be happy to bond with humans, watch out if you find one from the forest-- their bright coloration serves as a warning to predators, as these dragons are highly poisonous due to certain plants and insects they eat in the wild. Domesticated Bubblegum Runes seem dedicated to spread happiness, usually by giving people small candies from their hoards; and those who bond with these dragons tend to become more giving themselves. Just be careful to make sure they don't overexert themselves-- if they feel overburdened, a Bubblegum Rune usually retreats to its nest to gorge on candy, often leaving their bonded feeling crabby and sick as well." ~Written by Commander Shepard
