short Story: Steel blue eyes were rendered open by the sound of giggling and the thick hush of their owner's surroundings. Brown ears turned and adjusted to the direction from which the giggling was coming from, although she already knew they were her younger siblings. They were always rowdy, and they tended to sleep very little during the day, although it was time for breakfast anyway. Something rumbled in the young youream's tummy, she always thought her inner beast was begging. There were a lot of times when Mai Tye referred to her instincts or needs as her inner beast. She was eager to grow strong, she loved to chase and pounce and challenge herself. She also liked to pick fights, but that wouldn't be a problem right now, for they all had their seperate bowls and they were all being served right away. ....
