Ratlet Number:
Four
Why do you want to adopt?
I'm one of those forum lurkers and have been hiding quietly in the shadowy corners of this thread watching tons of little ratlets leave with wonderful new owners. I've been waiting for the perfect little rat to come along that I couldn't resist posting a form for.
I saw Wilbur and immediately knew that he would be the first rat that I tried my luck for. :3 He's adorable and the coloring is amazing. The "pink" marks on his tail and toes are just precious and the fact that he has unnatural markings isn't blatantly obvious. He's simply perfect in every way, shape, and form.
Rat Name:
Wilbur
Yes, this little boy definately screams the name Wilbur. o3o
Personality: (Likes, dislikes, how they react to people, other rats, etc.)
Wilbur doesn't let his handicap drag him down. He lives and enjoys life's every moment like it very well might be his last. He always tries to be happy and does his best to spread his joy to other people. Even though it takes him a little while to warm up to strangers, he is quite proficient at doing this.
His slight shy-ness doesn't hold him back, as one of his favorite activities is meeting new people and making new friends.
Wilbur believes that fire is both a blessing and a curse---something he both loves and despises. While it brings warmth and comfort, two things he adores, it also brings worry and danger.
He is also a great fan of books and is quite fascinated with them. He likes the feel and smell of the pages and will "read" along with anyone who will welcome a little rat on their shoulder. You can often find him sitting or sleeping in the pages of a book. He tries his very best to keep the books he touches in pristine condition... but when you are a rat, this feat is difficult at times.
Quirks: (Little things like "Enjoys sleeping on her back", "Loves hoarding candy wrappers", etc.)
Wilbur loves to test his boundaries and explore new places.
He is also quite the lap-or should I say shoulder- rat and enjoys cuddling up with his human in front of the fire with a good book.
What do you plan on doing with your rat? (Roleplay, Make art of, Hoard art of, etc.)
When I get more time, I will definitely look into the roleplay. Wilbur will have his rightful spot on my character thread and I will most definitely provide him with art. It will most likely be a combination of art that I ordered for him AND art that I have created.
If you feel you can no longer care for your Rat, will you return it here to find a new home?
Even though I can't concieve the idea of ever wanting to return little Wilbur, it is a promise I will make and always keep. If I cannot care for him anymore, he will be donated back to the Chitter Squeek Rattery to find a new home.
